I am trained in Coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Hypnotherapy, and hold a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapy & Counselling as well as an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology. I also graduated with a Degree in Chinese Language and Culture, which allows me to work fluently in both English and Mandarin.
Having grown up and built my career locally in Singapore, I bring a grounded understanding of the cultural and social contexts that shape many of our life experiences. My professional journey has always centred around people, giving me deep insights into human behaviour, motivation, and transitions across different stages of life.
My practice is supported by evidence-based therapy while also embracing the strengths-based focus of positive psychology.
